I don’t think that was a troll, haha. I personally think it means that whenever she’s is like… bra-less it means she does whatever the hell she wants and isn’t controlled by anyone; in this case Jason. I think a lot of Brit fans think that she’s controlled too much, with the conversatorship and stuff. Some people didn’t like Jason. I get where the person is coming from but it’s strange to be happy about someone who doesn’t wear a bra, haha. non-Britney fans don’t get it, I guess. Anyone who can explain this better?

Q:What do you guys think of nicki minaj? I think she's an amazing artist but IMO I don't think the world will ever let her live Starships down. People write her off for those songs but if you actually take the time to listen to all her music I THINK a lot of opinions would change. What about you?

Justine: I don’t really like her music and her appearance.

Emily: I think for a lot of people, they don’t know a lot of other Nicki Minaj songs than Starships, me included. So I get the criticism. Not sure I’d change my mind about liking her music though, I’m not a hip-hop fan.

Q:A lot of people on this blog put nicki minaj in the same category as Justin Beiber and 1D. Do you feel like this is accurate? Do you think she worthy of being mentioned amongst Gaga, Rihanna, and Katy Perry?

Emily: I personally think that 1D and JB are in a small demographic that is mostly teenage girls and pre-teens. Not to stereotype here, but let’s face it: that’s what the marketing team of those artists aim at. And if you look it that way, I don’t think Nicki Minaj belongs in that category.

I don’t think she’s out there with Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry as well because those are all artists that claim to make pop music and I personally think that Nicki took advantage of pop music to make it big but either way, she raps and uses hip-hop beats. To me she’s not a pop artist.

Is she as big as Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry or JB and 1D? Yeah she is.
