Q:Sorry not sorry but you need to get your greater than and less than signs in order. I just saw a post where the confesser wrote how talented LiLo was compared to Kim K and at the end I dunno if it's you, or the confessor themselves has the wrong sign. It's supposed to be LiLo << Kim K, but it's written LiLo >> Kim K. I've seen the same mistake on quite a few others, as well. Just saying.

Well, I personally didn’t do that, one of the people that help out does that, but I’m pretty sure she uses photoshop. I use photoshop, and I’d use the filter>blur tool, I think
